Computer Services - Services & Pricing
Sirius Technologies will service all of your computer needs at our location or yours. In most cases you will experience dramatic cost savings by bringing you computer to us. Our rates are $55.00/hr for services at our site, or $65.00/hr at your location. Typically, you will be charged fewer hours and in no case will we ever charge more than 3 hours for repairs performed at our site, no matter how long it takes regardless of haw may items we must fix.
We recognize that in many cases, however, that it's more practical to service your computers at your location (especially for businesses.) We will always work with you at getting a technician to your location as soon as possible, usually within a few hours.
Whether repairing a damaged operating system or software installation or repairing hardware components of you system, most services are offered with flat pricing, so you know what to expect.
If repairs are out of the ordinary and flat pricing does not apply, we will give you an honest estimate before performing repairs, and will never exceed that estimate. If repairs take less time than estimated, you will only pay for how long it took.
